Bliss is nature. So is Pain. We fear Pain and we are addicted to bliss. To avoid Pain we form belief. And belief creates reality. Which is why two kids from the same household, similar upbringing, similar financials face unique suffering in life be it in relationship, career, health, etc. To validate the belief we have ego and to sustain the ego we have morality. In the triangle of belief-ego-morality we remain living the same suffering in different quantum's over and over. But how do we carry this belief through our life and how do we dissolve it?
To hold anything in your body you need to feed it a part of your breath. Which means regeneration is now compromised. If we are distressed and a healer gives us some relief through one of the many healing modalities, we feel we are healed till it surfaces again in some other form. It is the same issue – non-acceptance of ourselves and our desire to move on quickly. We do not wish to learn from our experiences, which in essence is healing. In simple words, healing is just positive energy, which can be triggered by the external environment or due to a shift in your consciousness. But it is flowing in you all the time and has now caught your attention. You need to get out of your mind to experience it internally and discover the triggers, which blocks the flow of healing.
