On Sleep & Healing "I have watched 6–7 episodes of Saanjh, the only thing I do is...
just sleep, or I cry a lot.
But I'm sleeping better, much better. Not just me. When I watch it, my husband also gets to hear it…
And even I saw a change in his sleep pattern also. He used to not sleep at all. But yes, he has started sleeping.
So, when I get up, I feel fresh. But again, after two or three hours, I feel like sleeping. And I go up to sleep again.

On Hope & Renewal "Regeneration for me is life. It is to live again. I agree when...
somebody said bloom. This episode is really a favorite of mine, actually.
It gives you so much hope. Just by saying something is willing to regenerate, willing to come alive again in you.
So where is the scope of hopelessness, right?

On Meditation & Healing "The thing that really helped me was meditation. I did also...
do Vipassana meditation. And I think that really helped me to move forward… I combined the two together, my Vipassana and NVlife Practices, and it helps me to stabilize life better.
It took me almost two years to get over the trauma I went through of my father's passing away. But if I wasn't meditating, I would be storing it in my body.
And in general, I have basically no issues except for a few injuries that I had due to accident. But other than that, for my age, I'm pretty healthy.
I have no blood pressure, no thyroid. And none of the diseases that most of the people talk about."

Sharing my experience through 2017-till date I recall, from Coorg retreat Nov 2019,...
our asking you “what are for the visible signs around us we should look's for when we are following 3 techniques and how do we know if we are rid of our pas karm?”
The answer was that we will find our near and dear ones happy and prosperous and there will be a distinct positive shift in the way people interact and mingle with us and each other within our ecosystem.
Since I don’t have any surviving sibling, you explained how by our OTB, breath work and meditation I will notice that the closest of my cousins will have eased out and have better and prosperous lives.
We are so grateful to witness these moments in our life.

When I was listening to the recorded version of the Vartalaap, lying flat with my eyes...
closed, I found it difficult to define the state I was in. However, when I opened my eyes, I felt that a deep wisdom from the conversation had been embedded within me.

Since 1.1.25 I am having dreams that I remember in the morning. Most of them...
good. Some very good. I mostly wake up happy/very happy/ jubilant/ wondered. I never had such good dreams in this lifetime. I had bad dreams during the last month only twice when I had eaten in the night which I normally don't. Since the same time I sincerely follow the concept of Prahars. Since the same time, or around that, I offer prayer to my bathing water when I take bath in the morning. May be the concept of "Prahar" guided me to recite the "mantra's.
The best part of this journey of watching Saanjh since 12.11.24 has been my ability to understand revisit some of my past life blunders that were tormenting me from several centuries. I am in permanent bliss most of the time now.
This has also affirmed my faith in "Jatismaran". The remembrance of past lives. So firmly advocated in Sanatan, Boudhha and Jain faiths.
I am writing it here in utmost confidence that my fellow students or the masters would not take this as my boasting or hallucinations. I feel compelled to write it as most of us might be fellow students from several lifetimes and fellows have a right to know.

1. Discipline has improved, and addictions have come down considerably which...
seems unbelievable for me.
2. Cleanliness at home and self has become a part of life.
3. Sleep in total is good and during prahar of 12 to 3am has also become better.
4. 1 meal a day seems sufficient for me and rest times looks like indulgence. Sandhya vandan is also started for last 10 days.
5. Awareness has improved considerably in terms of understanding of Vikaars when it comes and then it reduces when in awareness, especially Lobh, Ahankaar, Krodh and Kaam.
6. Trust and faith is improving and when I stop fighting the universe by dropping "I can" and "I will" along with surrender, outcomes are effortless.
7. Alignment to prahars is improving and there is awareness.

Prahar of dark – Slept through the prahar most of the nights...
1. If I am up beyond 11 pm, I don’t have deep sleep during the prahar of dark.
2. In case of any event between 6-9 pm or a turbulent event that I am not able to ground, my hopelessness peaks during the prahar of dark and I am able to sleep only by 3 am. This is a rare event.
3. Fear gets released, sometimes I shiver and sometimes I sweat.
4. Sleeping through this Prahar with a child along in deep sleep is one of blessings I feel grateful for everyday.
5. I get up almost everyday between 3:10-3:25 am. Sometimes it is as strong as a tap on the shoulder to wake me up. It has become an intuitive thing to get out of bed, use the washroom, gaze at Mehr for a couple of mins and sleep again. I want to take a bath and meditate at this time but feel scared to leave Mehr sleeping.

1. As I hear Saanjh, I feel it answers queries I have or directs me to...
that part. It removes my fears and instills faith. Sometimes some lines sound very loud and pronounced, staying with me for long. I wonder if I had heard them earlier.
2. There feels a lot of love being poured, sometimes leaving me with tears of gratitude.
3. There’s a deeper understanding of Vikaar and their interplay in daily life.
4. Prahar connection is getting better. I find it easier to work on events towards evening, when tamas is more easily accessible.
• 3–6: I consolidate the day and stay with the pain of leftover expectations. • 6–9: I connect and bond with family. • 9–12: I feel union in my own gender. Lately, I also stay with any event I couldn’t complete during the day and then go to sleep. • 12–3: I am asleep, but when I wake around 5, I often carry a story or something interesting from my sleep into meditation and day planning. • 9–12 (morning): I execute and stay active. • 12–3 (afternoon): I like to meditate and do self-work.
When listening to Saanjh, there’s often a wish to meditate for longer periods. Ahankar, greed, moh, and krodh have reduced in intensity. I also often attract people who come and share their stories with me.
