1. Interpretations and Definitions

Your program access or subscription will continue for the term it is purchased or until terminated.
Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).
The fee is non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund policy.

Buying a subscription or placing an order for goods: By buying a subscription or placing an Order for Goods through the Platform/Website, you warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies: We are constantly updating Our Services/offerings of Goods on the Platform/Website. Price Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its subscription prices and/or prices of goods at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs, and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
The Company has a right to withdraw/remove any part of the content from the LMS or cancel any sessions as per the need and requirements of the course. The subscribers cannot demand for any specific content or sessions that has been withdrawn or canceled by the company.

Billing Cycle: The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan, or if your paid subscription is on a day not contained in a given month.

Usage Restrictions: Once you become a subscriber, you can stream and enjoy our content for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing your account with others or streaming content in public places violates our terms. Please respect copyrights and refrain from any unauthorized distribution or reproduction of the content.

Device Limitations: You can access our platform from various devices such as smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. However, there might be a limit on the number of devices that can simultaneously stream content under one account. This limit is usually mentioned in your subscription plan details.

Payment Issues: If we can't charge your credit card/debit card/UPI/Net Banking or any other means of payment automatically, we'll notify you, and your account will be disabled until we receive payment. Remember to update your credit card information if it changes.
Taxes and Duties: You are responsible for paying all taxes and duties imposed by the laws of India.

Billing Discrepancies: If you notice any billing issues, let us know within thirty (30) days, or you waive your right to dispute them.

HD, Ultra HD, and HDR availability are subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD, or HDR. The time it takes to begin watching Saanjh.ai content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, and available bandwidth at the time.

International Use: You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to accessing and using our Websites and Services due to the global nature of the Internet. Registered User Disputes; You are responsible for your interactions with other Registered Users. While we may monitor disputes, we are not obligated to do so.

Term of Termination: This Agreement remains in effect as long as it is posted on any of our platforms/websites or until terminated by Saanjh.ai, or by you.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform/website will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform/Website.
You can terminate your registered user status and cancel your account by notifying us via email at Legal@saanjh.ai . However, any termination will be effective only after Saanjh.ai processes the request.
If you cancel your account before your pre-paid subscription period expires, you forfeit the Fees paid for any unused portion, which are non-refundable.
Your access to the content will end with the cancellation of the subscription.
You acknowledge that account cancellation is your sole right and remedy in disputes with Saanjh.ai.
Saanjh.ai may suspend or terminate your Registered User status and account at any time, with or without notice and cause, without liability to you.
If Saanjh.ai terminates your account without cause, a refund of any unused portion of a pre-paid subscription will be issued.
