    Through this sutra, it is evident how suppressing an emotion creates more thoughts and disturbs our mental health. Witnessing emotions while observing the breath (OTB) is the path to cure.

    • Every event generates an emotion.
    • Event is manifested by us based on our belief.
    • Belief is created by us through the environment chosen by us.
    • Parents (environment) are chosen by us to clear our Karm and discover our purpose.

    When you witness an emotion with OTB, you no longer reaffirm a belief or create a new one.
    This is how you begin to break the vicious cycle of cause-and-effect theory of Karm. Therefore, every experience is an opportunity to release old patterns and karmic debt.
    The cure is the realization of the true expression of our spirit for which we are born.

    When you suppress an emotion, a part of your mind is engaged to keep it suppressed. This makes less of your mind available in the present moment. Mental health is affected.

    Nothing survives in our body without absorbing/consuming oxygen.

    These emotions begin to consume oxygen we breathe in.

    Less oxygen in the blood causes toxicity in your body.

    This weakens your immune system.

    Nature heals you through regenerative sleep by releasing those emotions (hopelessness that you stored through the day).

    This is why sleep is prevention and sleep is cure.
