This phenomenon of regeneration, discovered by science in the late 17th century was deep wisdom with our ancestors. Therefore, they adopted rituals and lifestyle to always remain in alignment with nature to keep regeneration process optimal.

Story of Saanjh is result of 14 years of research proven with several thousand people in reversing chronic suffering by helping people arrive at state of meditation (Yog Nidra). The state of Yog Nidra is a state of cure. It occurs when our breathing rate reaches 8 breath/minute. Therefore for 14 years, we helped our students through our breathing-based processes and science to arrive at Yog Nidra and reverse their chronic disease. 

What we taught for 14 years, Saanjh reveals that nature takes us to 8 breath/minute every night during NON-REM stage of our sleep. Discovery of this phenomenon is path breaking. It not only decodes the mystery behind the secret formula of our ancestors to remain healthy, but it also gives massive hope to us that we can reclaim our health without any external help.

This also proved how we were able to help people reverse their suffering by helping them arrive at 8 breath/minute. Saanjh revealed to us that regeneration is optimal at 8breath/minute during sleep.

However, such sleep is attained by our ancestors, and they followed a lifestyle which we cannot dream of at all even if we live in forest. So, how do we attain regenerative sleep?

This is where we went deep in research to decode the inner process our ancestors followed. If we become aware of inner process, then we do not need to change our lifestyle and habits and yet attain regenerative sleep.  So, what is that inner process our ancestors followed and kept them healthy?

  1. The process of sleep begins with Dusk (Saanjh). We call it process of Saanjh. We need to align with this process while doing whatever we are doing. To align with this process of Saanjh, we need to become aware of the frequency of each Prahar and experience that frequency while doing whatever we are doing.
  2. Science of Sleep - This reveal what happens when we are sleeping? Where does our consciousness go? How to we arrive at 8 breath/minute following the process of Saanjh? How do we know if we had regenerative sleep? Where does our consciousness go when we are sleeping? Why do we see a dream and do dreams have a message? Why nightmare is good news for our health?

Synopsis

Avrati Malhar, a young psychiatry researcher abandons her research on mental health on realizing the limitations of science. Following a clairaudient experience, she travels to Mount Kailash to meet a Rishi to learn how to decode the secrets of sleep, dreams, and nightmares.
