Balancing Electromagnetic Field - How? - Dissolve Belief

Regeneration is a natural phenomenon which occurs to every living being. This is how we remain healthy all through our life. We manifest suffering when unknowingly we disturb this process. Any form of healing or treatment done which cures us is a way to reactivate this process of regeneration.

We breathe in hope, and we breathe out hopelessness. When we disturb this process, we begin to accumulate hopelessness.

Accumulation of hopelessness happens through a belief. Belief is container of emotions of hopelessness. Hopelessness is kept suppressed with the help of Ahankar (mind).  This leads to 3 scenarios:

SCENARIO 1

When hopelessness does not remain suppressed, or when Ahankar (need to survive) is not strong- it begins to show up as emotions and leads to distress.

SCENARIO 2

When hopelessness is high and Ahankar not so strong, it becomes an interplay of Ahankar and hopelessness and ruptures the functioning of Ahankar (for its ability to make us survive). This leads to various forms of mental disorder.

As a healthy person you can experience early signs

  • Your anger outburst occurs because anger is intense, and your mind is not able to contain
  • Lower attention span. Scattered mind, obsessive thoughts mean emotions are strong and cannot remain suppressed.
SERNARIO 3

Strong Ahankar, keeping hopelessness repressed and when one day, when it cannot remain repressed, it shows up in the body as disease.

Science of Diagnosis- Root Cause

Every problem carries the seeds of solution.
Every disease carries the seeds of cure.

8 steps process to diagnose the root cause of your suffering (distress/disorder/disease)

1

List down your issue which is causing you suffering (i.e. loneliness, money, career, disease, disorder, relationship)

2

List down a minimum of three emotions you have experienced since you have been suffering.
(i.e., hopeless, helpless, suffocation,
constrained, fear, self-pity, unworthy,
rejected etc.)

3

Draw Matrix - periodicity, intensity, and time interval of these emotions experienced by you in 24 hours.

e.g. Anger- you feel on a scale of 0-10, 7 (intensity), 4 times a day (periodicity), and it lasts for 10 minutes each time (time interval)

4

Go back to the past. List events of the past in which you experienced these emotions for the first time.

It is fine if out of 3 emotions, you only experienced one in one event and others in other events.

5

Track the first event when you experienced one of the three emotions. By now, you shall be in the
age 0-14.

6

When it happened for the first time, how did you suppress these emotions to survive them?
Your tendency (Parvarti).
e.g., if lonely, you develop a tendency
"need to be needed"
7

What is the belief you formed from that first or one of the first events when it occurred?

e.g. 1. Being woman is being weak. I shall compete with men 2. money is important to survive 3. I am not loved 4. I am not worthy of love 5. men do not cry. I need to be strong.
8

These belief stem from one of the three
lacks. This lack occurs through an event in the age 0-7. Your lack is the root cause. It is this lack you experience in every event, including your current situation.
These lacks are
1.  Neglect 2.  Rejection 3.  Abandonment

Choose your major lack.
The other two exist too but are dormant.

Cause of lack - It is either due to lack of love of mother or due to lack of appreciation of father.

Common events through which such a lack occurs:

  • Birth of sibling
  • One of the parents choosing to be with each other than pull you in.
  • Boy girl sibling comparison
  • Bullying
  • Abuse, etc.

This self-diagnosis is called Algorithm of suffering.
