Aarambh Session Insights – August 12, 2025
By the Adiyog Sutra Research & Practice Team
The Journey Begins – Aarambh as the Opening Gateway
On August 12, 2025, four participants gathered for an intimate first step into the Adiyog Sutra Program — a space designed not for theory, but for experience. Aarambh means beginning, and this session was exactly that: the opening of a living inquiry into the three pillars of health — sleep, breath, and sexuality (desire) — supported by the subtle wisdom of nature’s eight daily frequencies.
This wasn’t a lecture. It was a return to the basics, even for seasoned seekers, where old knowledge was dissolved to make space for direct, embodied learning.
The Heart of the Session – Key Insights
1. Belief as the Bullet
One of the most striking moments came when participants explored how beliefs formed from past hopelessness can silently shape health outcomes. These beliefs act like “bullets” lodged in the psyche, slowly leaking vitality until they are consciously recognised and released.
2. Sexuality as Desire
The session reframed sexuality not as an act, but as the will to live — the deep inner longing that fuels breath, sleep, and regeneration. Restoring desire became the central practice, linked to reversing breath leaks and restoring vitality.
3. The Senior Teaching Team’s Frequencies
The three senior mentors introduced themselves not just by name, but by frequency:
- Faith – steady trust in the process.
- Stability – a grounded anchor in practice.
- Curiosity & Intensity – the spark for deeper exploration.
This triad set the tone for a balanced yet dynamic learning environment.
Practices Introduced
Participants left with three deceptively simple yet transformative daily practices:
- Tracking the Eight Frequencies – observing whether your emotional state aligns or resists nature’s rhythm throughout the day.
- Desire Journaling at 6 PM – asking “What is my desire for this evening?” and noting it down without judgment.
- Mindful Bedtime Routine – aligning sleep preparation with breath and sensory rest for deeper restoration.
Why This Session Felt Different
With only four participants, the space allowed for direct guidance, personal sharing, and micro-adjustments to practice in real time. Each person’s journey became part of the collective field — amplifying insights for all.

If you feel the pull to start, begin with tonight’s simple practice:
- At 6:00 PM, pause.
- Ask yourself: “What is my desire for this evening?”
- Write it down.
You may be surprised how this small question changes the texture of your entire night.
